Megan Antcliff (Chair)
Megan is a creative and inspiring leader with a strong track record in bringing together genuinely high performing teams focused on value creation for the future. With a background in science and architecture, and experience in senior public and private sector roles, Megan brings a unique combination of creative and critical thinking and problem solving, literacy of national and international business drivers across multiple industry verticals, and a genuine ability to navigate commercial and governmental decision making to deliver meaningful outcomes.
Johnny von Einem
Johnny von Einem is a journalist and the editor of CityMag, a publication covering hospitality, arts, business and life in Adelaide. His writing has been recognised by the South Australian Press Club Awards, and he is a judge in Solstice Media’s 40 Under 40.
Johnny also works with local arts organisations The Mill and FELTspace, facilitating their writer-in-residence programs, through which he mentors and provides a platform to emerging arts writers.
Alysha Hermann
Alysha Herrmann lives, loves, and creates from regional South Australia as an independent creative producer, writer, performance-maker, and community organiser, and the co-founder of Part of Things. Alysha makes and produces installations, experiences, presentations, poetry, digital exchanges, performances, and other creative things in all kinds of strange places, including real-life loungerooms, train stations and backyards. She is best known for her work collaborating with young people and regional communities and she is a Regional Arts Australia Fellow and an Australian Rural Leadership Program Fellow. Alysha graduated from Deakin University with First Class Honours in Creative Writing in 2024 and a GradCert (Creative Business) from University of Canberra in 2023. She has won multiple awards for her creative and community work, including the Geoff Crowhurst Memorial Ruby Award, and has worked in formal producing and programming roles for Country Arts SA, Carclew, Ramble Arts, Writers SA and others. Alysha currently serves on the boards of Outback Theatre for Young People and Carclew. She also works as a high school Arts & English teacher in regional SA and is the parent of two gender-diverse legends.
Cez Green (Department for Education Representative)
Cezanne Green has worked in education since 1986 undertaking teaching positions on the Eyre Peninsula and in metropolitan Adelaide. During Cezanne’s time in education, she has undertaken the role of State Coordinator of the Community Come Out Festival (currently Dream Big), co-written the Teaching for Effective Learning Framework for the Department for Education, undertaken the roles of Principal of Seaford Secondary College and the Director for Secondary Learners which included leading the STEM Learning Strategy across South Australia. Also during her time in education, Cezanne has undertaken Board positions for the South Australian Secondary Principals Association (SASPA) and Speech Pathology Australia, Ethics Board.
Cezanne was most recently the Principal of Adelaide High School and is currently Education Director.

Andrew Staniford
Andrew is an experienced corporate executive who has worked in the energy industry for over 25 years. His most recent role was Chief Customer Officer for a large Australian energy infrastructure company. He has qualifications in science and economics, including a Master of Economics degree from the University of New England, and has held positions in government relations, business development, operations, and customer service. Andrew is an experienced Non-Executive Director having served on various community and industry Boards for over 30 years. He is currently a Director of Spectrum Migrant Resource Centre.
